At the BEI, quality and reliability are at the forefront. The relationship between a reputable translator and his (equally reputable) clients is based on mutual trust. Although the BEI has only received three minor complaints since its formation (from about 2,800 translations!), client dissatisfaction of any kind is taken very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 5 days after receiving your translation with your reasons. I will do everything in my power to carry out the improvements you want, assuming that they really are justified. If you are still dissatisfied after that, I will not bill you for my work. Can one be fairer than that? I don't think so. But it belongs to the philosophy of my business. I rely largely on further recommendation, and that, of course, can only come from satisfied clients! |
